OFILOE Construction (Pty) Ltd was established in 2021 as a subsidiary of Evince (Pty) Ltd, to take over and carry out the business aspect of property development, construction, civil works, maintenance and aftercare related services.
In order to properly formalise the construction business aspect of EVINCE; and in order to adhere to compliance requirements, the directors of EVINCE (Pty) Ltd – 2014/175196/07[which is the holding company] decided to register OFILOE Construction (Pty) Ltd in order to streamline all construction related services have divisions aligned to respective services rendered.
